Mother's Day 2017

Mother's Day in Thailand was first introduced on the 15th April 1950. Her Majesty Queen Sirikit is regarded as the mother to all Thai people hence from 1976 Mother's Day was moved to 12th August which is the Queen's birthday. As the queen is highly thought of throughout Thailand Mother's Day is an official national holiday.

Khim evenings.

Why not join us on Wednesday's when you can listen to a very talented young lady playing the Khim, a string instrument used extensively in Thai classical music. Enjoy a relaxing evening with soothing music and authentic food, a true Thai experience!

Earlier opening hours!

As from the 1st July 2016 we will now open slightly earlier on Friday and Saturdays for takeaways and restaurant meals. Our new opening hours at the weekend are from 5.30pm until 10.30pm (last orders for food). We look forward to seeing you at the restaurant soon.

After our recent water leak we are ready to reopen on Friday 16th January at 6.30pm after refurbishing the restaurant.

Over the next few weeks we are taking delivery of our new tables and also releasing our new menu with some exciting new dishes.

Stay tuned to our VIP club page as there will be an exclusive offer available to members.

Christmas is nearly here!

Christmas is upon us once again, so if you are looking for an alternative to turkey and sprouts why not pop along to the Suan Thai. We have developed a special set meal for the month of December, so we hope to see you soon to celebrate this special time of year.
